Before entering the legal profession, Julien Lespérance Hudon served ten years in the Canadian Armed Forces, as a reservist.

He began his service as an infantry soldier and later worked as an analyst in psychological operations. These years profoundly shaped his character and professional outlook, instilling discipline, composure under pressure, and a deep sense of responsibility.

His military experience reinforced values that remain central to his legal practice today: honour, accountability, precision, and loyalty to those he serves.
